Cookie Policy
What cookies and similar technologies TABtooch uses, why, and how you control them. Read this together with our Privacy Policy.
01 Who publishes this policy
This Cookie Policy is published by Racing and Wagering Western Australia (ABN 21 347 055 603), trading as TABtooch, of 114 Hasler Road, Osborne Park, Western Australia 6017, Australia. It takes effect on the date shown at the top of this page.
Questions about cookies or privacy go to our Privacy Officer at privacy@tabtooch.mobi. Some cookie data, including IP addresses and device identifiers, may be personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), so this policy should be read with our Privacy Policy.
02 What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file a website stores on your device so it can recognise that device on a later visit. We also use technologies that work in a similar way and are covered by this policy:
- Local storage — stores your bet slip, your age confirmation and your cookie choice in the browser rather than sending them to us;
- Pixels and web beacons — tiny images used to measure whether a message was opened;
- Software development kits and tags — code from a provider that collects usage measurements.
First-party cookies are set by tabtooch.mobi. Third-party cookies are set by another provider through our site, and only ever with your consent.
03 How consent works here
On your first visit you see a consent banner. It describes the categories we use, keeps every optional category switched off by default with no pre-ticked boxes, and gives equal weight to Accept all, Reject all and saving your own selection.
We use Google Consent Mode v2. No analytics or measurement tag is loaded until you consent. Rejecting optional cookies does not restrict access to the site, hide features, or affect your ability to bet, deposit or withdraw.
Your choice is recorded so we do not ask again on every page. You can change or withdraw it at any time using Manage cookies in the footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already happened.
04 The categories we use
- Strictly necessary — needed for the site to work: your session, security and cross-site request protection, your bet slip, your age confirmation and your cookie choice. Always on; consent is not required and they cannot be switched off.
- Functional — remember preferences such as display settings. Consent required.
- Analytics and performance — aggregated statistics about how the site is used, so we can fix what is not working. Consent required.
- Measurement — measures the effectiveness of our own communications, directed only at adults. Consent required and off unless you turn it on.

06 Controlling cookies in your browser
You can also manage cookies in your browser, independently of our banner. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop parts of the site working, including staying signed in.
- Chrome — Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies;
- Safari — Settings → Safari → Privacy & Security, or Preferences → Privacy on macOS;
- Firefox — Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data;
- Edge — Settings → Cookies and site permissions.
Most browsers also offer a private browsing mode that clears cookies when you close the window, and you can clear existing cookies for tabtooch.mobi at any time from the same settings.
07 Changes to this policy
We may amend this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in law, technology or our services. The current version and effective date are shown at the top of this page. Where the law requires it, we will ask for your consent again before a material change takes effect.
